IT Services has partnered with Microsoft to offer a free subscription to Microsoft Office 365 for home/personal use. Microsoft 365 delivers the power of cloud productivity to business of all sizes, helping save time, money, and free up valued resources. KU students, faculty and staff can download free. Note: If you have an earlier version of Microsoft Office installed, you should uninstall that before following these instructions. We will add features when they are tested to verify they do not create conflicts with other services already used on campus and we are able to provide technical support for those services. Office 365 is accessible anywhere, anytime from any computer or mobile device with an Internet connection. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer all Office 365 features to the University of Denver community. Microsoft does have a free version of Word (and all their other Microsoft 365 products) that you can use without having to download any software.
